The content in this handbook is good (not a lot of “filler” content), but the book is much skinnier than I expected it to be. It’s more of a pamphlet than a book. It gives a great high level overview of each personality type, but I’m left wanting a little bit more detail.

Take a break from guessing… give yourself a tool.

Not a big book, but large on the value that it brings to the workplace. Highly recommended and well worth its cost.
